Depending on the destination and package size, Stallion Keys will select either UPS or USPS Ground or Air shipping to help ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. Orders placed before 2 PM EDT Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout.

What is the cutoff time for next day delivery services?

Orders using FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day delivery must also be submitted before 2 PM EDT for next business day delivery processing.

Am I eligible for a Locksmith Login?

Locksmiths, auto shops, car dealerships, and other automotive professionals with a valid business license are eligible to create an account. A resale certificate is not required to open an account, but if you provide one, sales tax will not be charged on your purchases.

Why can’t I see my previous orders in my account?

Customers may have multiple accounts under different email addresses. Stallion Keys can merge account histories into one account upon request.

Can I save my credit card information online?

Yes. Customers with a Locksmith Login account can securely vault their credit card information within their profile for faster checkout.

What do OEM, Refurbished, and Aftermarket keys mean?

OEM Brand New keys are unused original manufacturer keys. OEM Refurbished keys contain original components with refurbished shells, while Aftermarket keys are fully non-original alternatives designed for lower-cost replacement needs.

When do out-of-stock items restock?

Most out-of-stock products are restocked within 1 to 2 weeks. Customers can also sign up for stock notifications on product pages.

Do Stallion Keys products include a warranty?

Yes. Stallion Keys offers a 100% guarantee. If a key does not work, the product will either be replaced or refunded.
